Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide second-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
  4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
  5. Collaborate with L1 & L2 support for issue escalation and resolution.
  6. Perform hardware upgrades and replacements when necessary.
  7. Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functional.
  8. Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base.
  9. Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service, both onsite and remotely.
