Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

As the Director for India Domestic Staffing, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements. Industry Knowledge
8- 10 plus years of Staffing & Sales experience with In-depth understanding of the staffing industry, including key players, trends, and challenges
Sales and Marketing Skills
Ability to identify potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and address potential issues.
Strategic Thinking
Capacity to think strategically about market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities, and develop effective plans.
Results Orientation
Proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and driving results.
Communication and Collaboration
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and departments.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, analyse financial performance, and develop data-driven recommendations.
