Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the team dynamics, project requirements, and company culture.
Candidate Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Coordinate Interview Process:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Facilitate salary negotiations and coordinate the offer process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain Recruitment Documentation:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
