Role Description

This is a Human Resources Internship role. The intern will be involved in various HR tasks such as managing HR policies employee benefits and personnel management. This is an onsite role located in Dehradun.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
  
• Experience in HR Management is a plus
  
• Knowledge of HR policies and management
  
• Understanding of employee benefits
  
• Personnel management skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team
  
• A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  

Relevant experience in the HR field is highly beneficial. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
