Role Summary:
As a program manager, you play a big role in successfully delivering and adding customer value and innovation to the Aurigo Product Portfolio. You play a vital role as a change agent in developing an environment for new ideas, lead by example, and improve team effectiveness and efficiency. You must have strong operational and program management skills, as well as a deep understanding of Agile development methodology, planning, execution, and change management processes and procedures. A positive attitude towards learning. As a program manager, you will collaborate with product leaders, engineering leadership, and internal stakeholders for inputs for product strategy and roadmap; get buy-in and commitments and manage expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day progress of programs & projects and keep various levels of management informed of project status and health.
- Drive quarterly BU roadmap, deliverables, OKRs and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and in line with BU OKRs.
- Manage and maintain clear team backlogs, governance dashboards and ensure forward project momentum – ensure clear measurement and efficiency metrics are captured and actioned.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels.
- Interact comfortably in one-on-one meetings with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders (technology and business), and executive leadership.
- Lead and Drive customer communications and manage customer/stakeholder expectation.
- Lead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.
- Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences, Track and remove impediments for the team.
- Drive dependencies with teams across multiple business units at various level
- Create self-organizing teams that are flexible, efficient, adapt/manage changes/changing priorities based on business needs, and are fully productive during sprints.
Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B-Tech or MCA, MBA
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Program Manager in an Agile delivery & execution environment.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software/Application/Product development and must have knowledge of Cloud, SaaS products, and distributed systems.
- Must have either of the certification in: PMI PgMP, SAFe, CSM/PSM.
- Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of PMI Program Management principles, Agile ways of working (WoW), Agile Engineering best practices and frameworks in software/product development.
- Should have excellent working understanding of Scrum framework, with all its artifacts, ceremonies, and techniques.
- Proficient in one or more Agile project management tools - Azure DevOps preferable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal to senior leadership.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing.

- Should be flexible and able to adapt quickly and confidently to rapidly changing roles, objectives, and priorities.
