Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at INA TechFM's Kolkata location. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the facility, including maintenance, safety, security, and comfort of the occupants. The Facilities Manager must ensure that the facility is well-maintained, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. They will also be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for the effective utilization of the facility's resources, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Experience in budget preparation and tracking expenses
- Experience in managing a team of facility staff and outside contractors
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field is preferred
- At least five years of work experience in facilities management or a related field is required
