Job Description: The role involves assisting the wider team on the maintenance and update of financial models in MS Excel based on leasing (Rent Roll, leases) and financial information for the Asset management activities. Assists in preparation of Variance Analysis - Budget Vs Actuals Assists in preparation of Budget Assists preparation of periodical investment performance review reports Assists in preparation of MIS reports Deliver reports directly to Clients/external party with minimal supervision The role also provides cross-functional opportunities in evaluation and development of real estate investment analysis in the form of memos/ financial models. Skills and Experience: 0 - 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate / corporate finance/ capital markets with professional qualifications such as MBA with specialization in Finance. Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills with experience in compiling data and financial information using MS Excel models Effective communication skills (oral, written); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative with forward-thinking approach and a motivated self-starter Should display a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships Team player who enjoys a high-performance culture; open to and comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities and new challenges
