Job Description
Responsibilties
The major responsibilities include but are not limited to
Market intelligence i.e. market mapping for existing; upcoming industrial/warehousing supplies.
Develop & maintain relations with occupiers developers landlords and brokers.
Keeping a track of land transactions & pricing thereof.
Competition mapping i.e. keeping track of industrial transactions.
Create and update database in formats and IT platforms.
Populating the option sheets for the team/Clients
Creating Property Information Memorandums
Conducting site visits with the Clients
Local and outstation travelling
Performance objectives
Creation and regular updation of inventory database for creating proposals for the industrial and warehousing requirement of Mumbai/MMR regions.
Submission of options sheets to the client/team on a Zero Day TAT basis.
Proactive approach and selfstarter
