Qualification: Must be Graduate/MBA/B. Tech
Experience: Min 10 years' experience in Financial Institutions' Alliances amp; Partnerships. Must be from Banks/NBFCs/FinTech.
Roles amp; Responsibilities - This position will be sole owner of proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs and FinTech including commercial negotiations and product discussions, and growing win-win relationships with the financial institutions.
- Plan and build long term relationships with financial institutions and potential partners.
- Prior experience in handling Bank/NBFC/fintech partnerships is preferred.
- Acquisition and growing relationships of B2B Partners.
- Facilitating tech integrations between both the parties.
- Devising GTM for a product launch
- Identifying new business growth avenues and improving margins and exploring alternate revenue lines with the existing partners.
- Creating relevant MIS and reports for partners
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech amp; Legal teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner.
- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
