Staff Backend Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India Responsibilities: Designing and developing complex high-quality backend software solutions for our AI team and Large Language models (LLMs) Scaling infrastructure with Kubernetes, VPC deployments, load balancers Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements Ensuring robustness and scalability by leading best practices for testing, architecture, and code quality Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior and senior team members Your Experience Looks Like: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend software development Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with customer-facing product teams Experience leading or managing technical teams Working knowledge of Python and Typescript Strong proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Javascript, Typescript, Python, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust Extensive experience with micro-service backend frameworks and technologies, as well as server-less architectures Extensive experience with database systems and query optimization Experience working with LLMs and supporting LLM architectures at scale Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Startup experience and a scrappy/flexible mindsetJob tags
