Job Description
Role Overview: As a Sales Specialist at Studio CAHAYA, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, to achieve set targets. Your role involves developing a robust sales team, utilizing various channels and funnels, and leveraging chatbot and AI knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management:
- Take charge of the complete sales cycle, ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed expected sales targets within the designated timeframe.
- Sales Team Development:
- Develop and nurture a high-performing sales team.
- Implement effective channels and sales funnels to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Chatbot & AI Integration:
- Leverage knowledge of chatbot and AI technologies to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in chatbot and AI tools relevant to the sales domain.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve a monthly sales target of 300 events for Snapbot services.
- Implement strategic approaches to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Communication:
- Generate comprehensive sales reports for analysis.
- Maintain open communication with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
- Pitch and Presentation Creation:
- Develop compelling pitches and presentations to showcase Studio CAHAYA's services and capabilities.
- Ensure a consistent and professional representation of the brand in all communication materials.
- Lead Manager Oversight:
- Manage and provide guidance to lead managers, ensuring effective lead conversion.
- Implement best practices for lead management and customer relationship development.
