Job description
Job Description :- As a scrum master, you will be responsible for managing the agile process and facilitating the daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.- You will also work closely with the product owner to prioritize backlog items, remove roadblocks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and oversee agile practices and processes for software delivery, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as organizing daily standups, measuring team velocity, collaborating with stakeholders to meet their needs, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.- Manage risks and issues, while effectively communicating with and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.- Analyse and report current project performance to higher management.- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, working closely with product managers, engg, and the testing team.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Coach team members in agile principles and practicesattitude of continual learning and assessing self-performance to apply new learnings and knowledge.Requirements : - Experience in the payments domain, including knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies, is preferred.- Certified scrum master with at least 5 years of hands-on experiencestrong experience in leading agile software delivery projects with more than 2-3 teams.- Overall 7 - 10 years of experience as a scrum master.- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master in the payments domain.- Deep understanding of agile principles and practices, and experience in implementing agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban.- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including product management, development, quality assurance, and user experience design.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership and coaching skills, and ability to lead through influence.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in the payments domain, including knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies, is preferred.
