- Social Media Ideations and Creatives:

Develop compelling and engaging social media visuals, both organic and paid, to drive user engagement and brand recognition.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align design and content strategies.
Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the skillset and performance of the design team.
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design department.
Set the bar high for design quality and standards, consistently pushing the team to achieve excellence.
