Town, Kolkata seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join

our property management team. Our company specializes in providing cutting-edge

expanding our team to include a Senior Project Manager who can contribute to our

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing projects within

Our Commercial Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the

successful execution of projects, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders,

coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong

background in project management, property management operations, commercial real estate development, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Regularly attend meetings with stakeholders.

· Take detailed notes and share minutes, summaries, and action items

· Develop and/or implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.

Vendor Coordination:

· Collaborate with vendors/contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.

· Monitor vendor performance and address any concerns.

Stakeholder Communication:

· Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with shareholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

· Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Financial Oversight:

· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

· Provide financial insights to ensure projects remain within budget.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

· PMP certification is highly preferred.

· Proven experience in project management is required, particularly in commercial real estate.

o Experience managing commercial construction projects, pay apps, and budgets is preferred,

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Must have excellent spoken English communication skills

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Experience with Yardi Voyage is preferred

· Knowledge of property management operations and practices.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
