Responsible for planning for project activities and manage construction work including site measurements, reviewing designs / drawings, while ensuring compliance to quality.
Planning and arrangement of equipment, labor, and construction material.
Establishing and implementing construction schedules, methods, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Maintaining client relationships and participating in contracts and subcontracts negotiations.
Supervising & managing activities and report discrepancies to the higher officials
Responsible for Monthly work plan and budget preparation.
Checking of all the contractors running bills & verification of measurements and quality of materials.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities and also evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
