How You Will Contribute You will:
- Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
- Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
- Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
- Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

Experience & Knowledge Required - 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain (planning / customer service)
- Exposure to E-Com and quick com ecosystems
- Handling multiple priorities
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career in the business process and system implementation space.
- Proven experience in supply chain KPI delivery
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with customers and internal sales teams from tactical execution level up to leadership teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
- Good supply chain systems and process understanding
Education Qualification - Graduation in any domain is mandatory
- PGDM / MBA in Supply Chain is preferred
Technical / Work-based Skills Technical / Work-based Skills & General Skills / Attributes - Understanding of supply chain fundamentals – inventory, service, demand / supply planning
- Understanding of order management processes
- Quantitative analytical skills
