Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead their New Products team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems and create solutions for fleet management products.

Responsibilities: Conduct research to understand customer and business needs. Lead design projects from concept to execution. Define and prioritize core use cases. Document user journeys, workflows, and product opportunities. Communicate vision through storytelling and presentations. Focus on interaction and interface design details. Work closely with Product Managers for efficient execution. Iterate and improve designs based on feedback. Mentor other designers and contribute to the design culture.

Requirements: 5+ years of Interaction and Interface design experience. Experience leading web or mobile projects. Proficiency in creating design concepts, documentation, and prototypes. Strong design portfolio showcasing product thinking and problem-solving. Familiarity with design systems and frameworks. Excellent communication skills.
