As a Front Office (FO) Executive, you'll be the heart of our guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their visit. About the Role In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll play a crucial role in creating a memorable first impression and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for their visit. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and ticketing efficiently. Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., restaurant, housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest service. Provide information about Chokhi Dhani's offerings and activities. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the front office area. Assist with resolving guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (hospitality experience a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Familiarity with Rajasthani culture and traditions (preferred).
