Job description
- We are looking for a self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team
- As a TA Manager, you will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to bring in great talent needed to move our business forward and make sure they align with WeWork India s core values.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic talent partner to the business and play a key role in manpower planning and organisational design in line with WeWork India s long-term business objectives
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting strategy for each position. Implement recommended recruiting plans including the use of suggested job sites, relevant events, optimizing job postings, etc
- Work on hiring across levels and functions for WeWork India. Coach, mentor, and guide the recruiters in the Talent Acquisition team and provide thought leadership in hiring for unique and niche roles. Measure the talent team's performance through metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience score, employee referrals as a source of hire and diversity hiring.
- Actively contribute to the performance and development of the Talent Acquisition team
- Educate and train hiring managers on the WeWork India competency and culture interviewing technique and uphold a high bar for culture-based selection processes
- Communicate with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating the WeWork mission, core values and culture
- Be an advocate of the WeWork culture, manage and ensure the success of the employee referral program, and internal mobility program and lead and embed inclusion and diversity in hiring initiatives
- Proactively build a pipeline for passive talent and amplify our employer brand
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, recruitment consultants, headhunters and HR software vendors
- Design and implement a best-in-class internship program
- Act as a brand ambassador when representing WeWork and job opportunities in the external marketplace
Education and Desired Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience as a strategic TA specialist in a high-growth environment
- MBA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting, employer branding initiatives and working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Team player and collaborator, critical and analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
