Research Analyst (Opportunity Identification)

The Research Analyst (Opportunity Identification) position will work with the Analytics team to inform the organization on which programs and services to market, to which customers, at what price and through what channel. You will come to your conclusions by studying market conditions, competitors' activities, current and future customer behavior and existing marketing mix using experimentation, analytics and analytical thinking to help determine the validity of strategy. 

Here's what you'll do  

• Manage collection, pre-processing, organization, analysis, testing, validation, and interpretation of marketing data from different channels. Conduct qualitative and quantitative, primary, and secondary research to determine customer buying habits, patterns, and trends.
• Determine opportunities for growth, branding and client acquisition and effectiveness of existing marketing and sales programs through attribution models. Leverage core sales funnels and identify inefficiencies to achieve more conversations.
• Identify opportunities for customized and targeted promotions, cross-selling, etc.
• Leverage experimentation, statistical analysis, and modeling to inform decision making including but not limited to logistic and multi-variate regression, time series, crosstab, clustering, etc.
• Draft reports and visualize data to evaluate findings and propose opportunities for future growth.
• Serve as collaborative support to other departments to inform, influence, support and execute strategy.
• Complete additional duties as required.

Here's what we hope you'll bring

• Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional, and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.
• 5 Years experience in marketing research, analysis, and testing.
• Firm grasp of business intelligence, traditional methods of predictive analytics and machine learning for analytics.
• Experience conducting primary/secondary and qualitative/quantitative research.
• Experience with data querying language (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS).
• Experience with setting-up A/B tests within marketing or product campaigns.
• Familiarity with importance of 7 Ps of Marketing with a passion for problem solving.
• Ability to travel as position requires.

The salary range for this position is $102,200 - $109,440, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 403(b) discretionary match.
