Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Guest Services Associate to join our team at Avolta. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their travel experience. Qualifications And Skills - Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience

- Knowledge of travel industry and airport operations is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related services
- Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, flight delays, and airport facilities
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure guest safety and security at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest services area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Promote and upsell Avolta products and services to guests
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in guest services
