What you will do:

• Help to shape campaign and BAU designs and its strategy, process, and goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the requirements for various campaigns centered around founders, customers, employer branding initiatives, and much more.
• Execute and Illustrate designs for diverse projects-offline events, merchandise, and sometimes ads.
• Initiate ideas for social media and campaigns on your own, and lead it end-to-end.

You should apply, if you:

• Are a scroller! If you scroll, you are a scroller. (get it get it)
• Possess 2-3 years of work experience in Graphic & Social Media Design, with a strong portfolio of creating designs for social media across platforms, topical designs, campaigns, offline events and merchandise.
• Are good at presenting your ideas and concepts while interacting with the brand and marketing team.
• Believe true learning happens at the water cooler conversations. We only do work from office (of course occasional work from homes harmed no one ever)
