Job description
Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Finance/SCM/HRMS

The candidate is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in Oracle EBS Finance/SCM/HRMS any of the domain or multiple domain.
Finance Management - Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Bank Reconciliation, Subledger Accounting, General Ledger, period closing etc.
SCM - Supply chain planning, procurement functions, sales order, Intercompany transfers, BOM, pricing etc.
HRMS functions - Employee life cycle, position hierarchy, time and labor, Payroll-element creations, linking, Custom Rules, Fast Formulas, Country Specific Payroll for the Middle East, UK, India etc.
Experience of SCM modules like Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Shipping, Receiving etc.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
6 to 9 years of relevant experience in EBS Techno-Functional Finance/SCM/HRMS
Engineering Graduation in any discipline or Post Graduate Degree.
