Job description
Key Responsibilities: • Coordination for stock-related queries and for dispatch purposes. • Raise Invoices as related to dispatch. • Follow up with transporter for consignment status till it reaches. • Maintain minimum stock required for local dispatch as per marketing plan. • Physically check material against the dispatch list before dispatch. • Planning for dispatch in coordination with the department Head. • To ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties. • Check orders received from the sales team. • Make a packing list of material to be dispatched. • Maintain FG material stock. • Update yourself for the process change or any other duties assigned by the management.
