Global Finance Integrations Transitions Manager
Primary purpose of the role
Key Accountabilities:
1 Planning, management and delivery of outsourcing transition projects
2 Monitoring and reporting of project plan, costs incurred vs budget and FTE/ Cost benefits delivered.
3 Hands-on project management of the outsourcing of activities to a desired location.
4 Monitoring of scope standardization and shaping of change management actions to drive levels of standardization up.
6 Reporting on Outsourcing ratios and other global indicators
7 Management of resources onboarded to support the transition of activities as and when necessary.
8 Collaboration with GPOs and Contract Delivery Managers to align resources and planning for optimal execution.
