Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role at Candyfloss Store in Ahmedabad for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing the store, including customer satisfaction, staff supervision, sales performance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store safety and security.
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure customer service standards are met
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Proven track record in store management, with the ability to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques, with the ability to identify and prevent inventory shrinkage
- Leadership and staff supervision skills, with the ability to train, mentor and motivate staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
- Previous work experience in the retail industry is a plus
