Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Accounts Executive to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions.This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and maintain all financial transactions and records for clients in the Oil and Gas industry
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and payment processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues
- Assist with tax planning and compliance
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in accounting
- Experience in filling GST, TDS and handling IT related issues
