Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions.This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all financial transactions and records for clients in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and payment processing
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues
  • Assist with tax planning and compliance
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in accounting
  • Experience in filling GST, TDS and handling IT related issues
