Job Description Assistant Manager - Monitoring & Diagnostic (Night Shift)
Experience - Relevant 4 to 6 years of experience in vibration analysis. Mandatory - The candidate has to work from the Pune office location. Shift Timing - C -Shift - 12:00 AM to 9: 00 AM IST. 2 days weekly off will be given based on the roaster and shall not be on Sat & Sun. o Perform remote vibration analysis on rotating machines. Visit the site for more clarity when needed. o Facilitate report preparation. o Detailed machine diagnosis of common machinery faults. o Review reports generated by auto diagnostic feature and validate and feedback the R&D team for improvement. o Rotating equipment background, turbine, and compressor experience a plus o Improve and validate the auto diagnostics features, identify fault patterns, Ensure quality reports. o Ensure False Positives is less than -5% and False Negatives is less than – 0.5% to meet SLA. o Improve on advanced diagnostic methods to analyze field machines better on a proactive basis. o Proactively identify quality issues, field issues and provide corrective actions to improve diagnostics. o Understand from the customer perspective how well the analytics shall be presented and visualized. o Ensure to visit the site at least once for the accounts allocated for monitoring for better equipment layouts and functions. Qualification/ Skills: o Vibration Analyst Level II or above certifications. o 4 to 6 Years of experience in Vibration Analysis of rotary equipment. o Working experience in industrial plants like paper, Chemical, Steel and Cement. o Experience in online condition monitoring will be an advantage. o Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address specific issues o Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers o Strong customer focus and the desire to go the extra mile · Working Shift - C Shift - 12:00 am to 9:00 am (IST).Job tags
