Job description

*About The Role:* As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative through various marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality, informative, and trustworthy content across diverse platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone. Additionally, you'll be tasked with creating compelling content for digital marketing campaigns and supporting initiatives that drive engagement.

*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Develop high-quality content for marketing collaterals such as website pages, landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts. 2. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to produce accurate and up-to-date content. 3. Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy, maintaining a consistent brand voice. 4. Collaborate with product management, sales, and design teams to gather information, insights, and feedback for content creation. 5. Build a deep understanding of the product and the company's unique differentiators. 6. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of content across all pages. 7. Provide support for digital marketing campaigns by creating relevant and compelling content. 8. Execute a content strategy that drives high engagement, showcasing precision and attention to detail. 9. Regularly connect with stakeholders to understand content requirements and tailor content accordingly. 10. Work with creative teams to ensure visual elements align with the aspirations of the target audience. 11. Develop and manage an editorial calendar to meet deadlines. 12. Generate engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms, blogs, and marketing collaterals. 13. Syndicate content and manage distribution across all channels. 14. Monitor the performance of content marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

*Requirements:* 1. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in related role. 2. Good knowledge of LinkedIn as a platform for content distribution. 3. Strong orientation towards understanding the target audience. 4. Strong creative and research skills. 5. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 6. Precise attention to detail and the ability to enthuse readers. 7. Ability to research, define, and execute content strategy for high engagement. 8. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing peers.
