Prepare and distribute presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Communicate with customers and prospects via phone, email, and social media for respond to their inquiries.
Maintain and update the customer database, sales pipeline, and sales forecast.
Experience with working in past with cloud-based solution and knowledge of cloud products is an additional advantage.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and logistics to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Research and identify new sales opportunities and potential prospects in the cloud market.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling meetings, distributor follow-ups, payment invoices.
Generate sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements
A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or support.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
