Executive Assistant for Leading Hospital based at Bandra.

Purpose of the Role :

Responsible for providing operational support to the Senior Management of a leading Hospital Company. He or she will report to the Senior Management

Key Result Areas :

• Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
• Schedule meetings, draft agendas, and record meeting minutes
• Composing and preparing correspondence
• Researching and organizing data to represent the Senior Management
• Designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations
• Keeping the Senior Management well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
• Give ideas on assisting in meetings with some relevant thoughts to handle the business
• Providing support as maybe required by the Senior Management
• Remain knowledgeable about strategic goals and issues of importance to the Senior Management in order to make informed decisions in all aspects of the job

Must have :

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Ability to proactively analyze data, understand the Senior Management’s needs and provide solutions
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
