Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire finishing process of kraft paper production at Jamdol location.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of finishing operations.
- Lead a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Manage inventory and procurement of finishing supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., paper technology, engineering, manufacturing).
- Proven experience in managing finishing operations within the paper or packaging industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing processes and equipment used in kraft paper production.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems related to production planning and inventory management.
