Public Relation Officer - Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra Ambajogai, Maharashtra Indore, MP

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential student demographics and market trends.
Analyze competitor schools to understand their strengths and weaknesses in lead generation.


Lead Identification:
Identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, community events, and
educational fairs.
Build and maintain a database of prospective students and parents.


Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential students.
Utilize various marketing channels such as online advertising, email campaigns, and traditional
media to generate leads.


Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and influencers
to enhance the school's visibility.
Network with parents, alumni, and other stakeholders to create a positive image of the school.


Collaboration with Admissions Team:
Work closely with the admissions team to understand enrollment goals and priorities.
Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and collaborate on strategies to convert leads
into enrolled students.


Data Analysis:
Analyze data from lead generation campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.


Content Creation:

Develop compelling content that highlights the school's strengths, unique selling points, and achievements.
Create engaging materials for distribution through various channels.


Event Coordination:
Plan and organize events, open houses, and school tours to attract potential students and their families.
Coordinate participation in relevant community events and fairs.


Feedback Collection:
Collect feedback from leads, parents, and other stakeholders to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Monitor online reviews and address any concerns or questions promptly.


Adaptability and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
Implement innovative approaches to stand out in a competitive market.


Reporting:
Provide regular reports to school leadership on lead generation activities, progress, and results.
Propose recommendations for improving lead generation efforts based on data analysis.
A successful PRO for school lead generation should be proactive, creative, and able to effectively
communicate the value proposition of the school to potential students and their families.
