Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that integrate with REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and software engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements that integrate with REST APIs
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Use Azure DevOps for managing source control, build and deployment pipelines
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and incorporate them into our product offerings
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistent and scalable user interfaces
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in UI development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js (Preferably Angular)
- Ability to integrate Web UI with REST APIs
- Experience in building Web UI using CSS Frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap and Angular Material.
- Experience integrating user interfaces with REST APIs
- Proficient with Angular CLI, NodeJS and NPM
- Strong understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing source control, build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience in using Development IDE such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Sublime
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Karma is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
