Senior FP&A Analyst
Role Summary Zeta's Finance team is comprised of 50 individuals who support all financial functions at Zeta. The functions
include Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, Corporate Development, and
Transformation. The Head of FP&A and Senior Director of FP&A are looking to hire a FP&A Senior Analyst / Analyst
in the India Headquarters to support all financial analysis and reporting for assigned critical business units with
annual revenue of $450M. This individual will be responsible for supporting the FP&A team in monthly
reporting, preparing annual operating plans, monthly and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis and ad-hoc
projects. This is an excellent role for an individual to make a meaningful impact on a business by working one-on-one with business leaders and finance management.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with global FP&A colleagues and business leaders to align on FP&A processes and reporting
- Generate insights on month end actuals vs budget/forecast variance and margin analysis
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packages by combining data from financial and operational systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarter end KPI's and highlight risk and opportunities to improve KPIs and
performance drivers
- Support annual detailed bottoms up budgets and forecasts for respective BUs (Revenue, COGS, Opex)
- Prepare and present client level profitability and utilization analysis to business and finance leadership
- Use financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data and make recommendations
to the stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue pacing reports
- Support ad-hoc and other business requirements as required
Desired Characteristics - Professional Qualification - CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
- 3-6 years of Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting experience, preferably with public company experience
- Sound analytical skills & Advanced skills in Excel (Data models, advance functions, etc.) & Power point. Ability to
convert huge data to meaningful data insights
- Excellent communication and human skills
- Must be a self-driven professional with positive attitude and willing to work under tight deadlines with low
supervision
- Willing to work in shifts to enable interaction with the team working in different time zones
