Job Title: RFP Position / Bid Manager (US-IT Staffing)
Location: Noida Sector-63
Timings: 06:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
Job description
Well versed with proposal development activities to support the on-time submittal of staffing RFP/ RFI/ RFQ responses and high-quality IT Managed or Consulting (Software development using Agile, Cloud Migration, QA, etc.) that are fully compliant with the federal/state/government customer's requirements and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyse RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs for eligibility
• Create compliance matrices, proposal outlines and performs research to gain additional insight into the effort being proposed
• Develop proposal production and delivery plans that minimize risks and provide realistic completion deadlines
• Task allocation- assigning sections based upon writer's skills
• Create response for the technical/functional areas using the boilerplates and with/without SME help
• Translate technical concepts into compelling written and graphic materials to make sure it's easily understandable
• Review, evaluate and edit proposal responses
• Version management of the responses to track progress and ensure quality
• Focusing on continuous, ongoing expansion and improvement of reusable components (boilerplates and graphics)
• Work with the editorial team in multi-level reviews (Pink review, red review and gold review) for the proposal responses
• Managing, writing Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotes and Requests for Information for US government Federal and State contract
• Assist the team in finding Opportunities on State-wide procurement vehicles, Analysing RFP, RFQ, RFI, RFX, etc.
• Market Intelligence, Competitor Intelligence, Pricing Intelligence, and analysis
• Develop creative strategies around the business to meet targets and maximize revenue
• Assist IT staffing Delivery team in Task Order submissions.
