Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and administers training programs for employees.
2. Assesses training and development needs for organization.
3. Helps individuals and groups to develop skills and knowledge.
4. Creates training manuals.
5. Presents in-person training sessions.
6. Meets ISO 9001 and 27001 training standards.
7. Review training effectiveness.
8. Staff motivation and development.
9. Update and track performance metrics.
10. Plan and execute vitality training.
11. Change management and plan to mitigate impact.
12. Identify gaps in process gaps and re-engineer processes.
13. Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
14. Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications.
15. Industry Specialist and should keep current on the activities and needs of the industry.
16. Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
17. Conflict Management, Coaching, and feedback.
18. Random process hygiene checks.
