Job Title: Market Research Specialist for Outbound Sales

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Market Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in steering our sales team's efforts through insightful market research, targeted prospect identification, and strategic data analysis.

This role demands a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, optimizing data-driven strategies, and continuously enhancing our prospect database with the goal of driving our business forward.

Roles and Responsibilities: Prospect Identification:

Create and refine a list of targeted prospects based on strategic objectives. Data Strategy Execution:

Plan and execute data-related strategies to support the Sales team, leveraging feedback from previous campaigns to guide decision-making. Experience in Research Projects:

Bring a wealth of experience in various project types, including contact research, company research, market research, and tool-based projects. Client Persona Development:

Understand business objectives to discover prospective Sales team preferences and build accurate client personas. Secondary Research:

Conduct thorough secondary research to identify the right targets for the market and define effective strategies for lead generation. Database Management:

Organize, maintain, and expand the database of prospects to build a comprehensive internal database. Ensure continuous validation and maintenance of this database to refine outreach efforts. Information Gathering

:

Identify company and contact information through LinkedIn, Crunchbase, company websites, internet searches, and press articles, employing a variety of tools and technology. Trend Analysis:

Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to business processes to stay ahead of the curve. Tool Proficiency

:

Demonstrate proficiency in tools like Snovio, Apollo, Lusha, NeverBounce, and Zero Bounce, among others. Data Source Expansion:

Search for new data sources that align with the client's persona to enrich and diversify our database.

Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience:

Demonstrable experience in market research, data analysis, and project management. Research Skills:

Strong capability in both primary and secondary research methodologies. Analytical Abilities:

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed recommendations. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with research tools and software such as Snovio, Apollo, Lusha, NeverBounce, Zero Bounce, and others. Communication Skills

:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and strategies. Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a detailed prospect database. Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Team Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Education (Optional): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
