Job description

Responsibilities: These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role: Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customers. Deep understanding of on-line panels, on-line sampling, offline studies, Qualitative and Quantitative and research methodologies. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters. Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including delivery teams and product teams to improve the entire customer experience. Forecast and track key account metrics. Handle both strategic high-level management and transactional sales activity including creating project customer bids. Research and identify new business opportunities thus devising new lines. Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional regulation. Strong hold on specific vendors requirement who can bring strategic entry point into line of businesses. Coach and train other sales members in the team

Requirements:

Prior Experience in market research. Self-Motivated and Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Research and identify new business opportunities.
