JOB TITLE: - Territory Manager - Gold loan
REPORTS TO: - Area Manager
Designation: TM
Experience: 3-8 Years experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing a team sales officer and Handling sales of Gold loan through mode of Open Market.
Achieve contributed value targets set for the Branches.
Ensure sales volumes for Gold loan product, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds.
Provide superior customer experience
Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies.
