Job Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information for proposals
• Analyse client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs
• Ensure proposals align with the organization's mission, values, and goals
• Drive creation of deal win plans aligned to customer's objectives – covers scope, technology, risks, costs, quality, time, resources
• Understanding of SDG, Thematic area, ESG & CSR norm
• Conduct market & competitor analysis, detail client requirements
• Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's proposal writing skills
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of social initiatives and trends
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into proposal strategies
• Contribute to the development of long-term proposal writing strategies
• Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with guidelines
• Implement a quality assurance process to enhance the overall effectiveness of proposals
• Work closely with team members to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development
• Monitor and report on the progress of proposal submissions
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and address concerns related to proposals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposals and associated documents
• Generate reports on proposal activities, successes, and areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years proven experience in proposal writing
• Experience in social focus will be highly preferred
• Strong understanding of social impact, sustainability, and CSR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
