Fizix Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd, our Indian company is looking for a full-time/contract Information Technology System Administrator who is capable of managing our networking and IT in-house and project needs.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for performing system administration tasks such as network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and managing our internal IT infrastructure. Assembling and Disassembling of Computers/laptops for hardware diagnostics & troubleshooting Installing, Configuring, troubleshooting and maintenance of all hardware devices inc computers, copiers, printers and scanners Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms and environments. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including MAC and Windows. knowledge on hardware and Networking devices and can Switch, Router, Wireless/Antivirus Installation, Configuration/Outlook Configuration Application Support manage IT asset list and prepare MIS reports Coordination with relevant vendors for our IT and systems needs Qualifications Strong technical knowledge and experience in System Administration and Network Administration Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Experience with remote support tools and techniques. Proficiency in Information Technology Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology or related field Relevant certifications such in Network+, or Microsoft Certified preferred Salary: Rs18,000 - Rs25,000 monthlyJob tags
