Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing efforts of the All Starr Sports Club & Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. The Sales Marketing Manager will also establish and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the brand image and drive awareness of the company's offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies Excellent leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome individuals of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.
