As a Senior Sales Manager at Allview India Electronic Pvt.Ltd. you will play a key role in driving our company s sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure the team s success.
On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships to expand the company s customer base.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities and sales achievements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented mind set and a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
