Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist at our New Delhi location. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service to cultivate long-term relationships.

Experience:- 2-5 Year Experience for the same field.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication and customer service skills
• Experience in Finance and Account Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in a second language and experience working in Import and Trading companies.
