Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts, reaching out to prospective customers, providing customer support, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role will be located in Aurangabad, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Communication and customer service skills
• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Experience with sales management and training
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Knowledge of tea and related products is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
