Team Lead-Instrumentation (PU 1)

Educational Qualification (Highest): B.Tech in Instrumentation / EEE

Total No. of years & areas of work experience (in brief) :- Minimum 15 Years

1. Responsibilities
2. 1. He should be taking care of all Electrical & Instrumentation related daily activities including all Process, Packing & Ware House equipment of the facility
   2. Having experiences of AM, PM & break down maintenance of Tablet & Capsule manufacturing equipments.
   3. He should have well knowledge of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer as has to take care of the total electronics and instrumentation works of the plant including the process and Non process Areas.
   4. Good knowledge of trouble shooting in PLC, HMI, SCADA equipments in Tablet Capsule & Sachet manufacturing equpments .
   5. Experiences of Hardware & Software trouble shooting of PLC, HMI, SCADA.
   6. Experience of CSV & 21 CFR in Pharmaceutical OSD facility.
   7. Responsible for vendor and cross functional coordination in installation and commissioning of the process equipment.
   8. Co-ordination with internal and external vendors for Break-down maintenance, routine maintenance issues.
   9. To perform breakdown maintenance and followed by root cause analysis (RCA) for every major breakdown of the equipment by identifying and implementing the action plan.
   10. Execution of all the assigned action plan CAPA (Engineering, QA & Safety).
   11. Ability to utilize 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, predictive maintenance Why-why, Kaizens, OPL. Infer from the Implementation of Kaizen & OPL.
   12. Preparation and review of engineering based SOP’s, SOI’s, PMP’s and revisions of the same.
   13. Spare management taking care of maintaining all critical spares to avoid equipment breakdown.
   14. He have to align with implement the common goal of zero down time & zero accident.
   15. Execution of implementation of the internal Calibration procedure and external calibration procedure.
   16. To ensure all the Quality system related to Process equipment maintenance Activities and that all the activities are on-Line for avoiding any Data Integrity issues.
   17. To ensure all the Quality system related to Process equipment maintenance Activities and that all the activities & Verify its documentation is maintained On-Line for avoiding any Data Integrity issues.
   18. Co-ordinate with internal customers for routine maintenance issues by providing feedback to the Engineering Head from time to time.
   19. Implement & Enforce Safe Working Practices throughout the plant by adhering to all the Safety Standards developed by (MSI) My safety Index.
   20. To ensure that Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are being adhered to, the Maintenance of Process & Packing Equipment.
   21. To ensure that Engineering Excellence measures, Energy Conservation measure & other initiatives are driven effectively at the plant with the central Engineering team guidance.
   22. Co-ordinate with internal customers for routine maintenance issues by providing feedback to the Engineering Head from time to time.
   23. To lead the Installation, commissioning & Qualification of process equipment for all the new equipment at Plant.

 

1. 1. To ensure that support is provided for the all the Process Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown & Qualification as & when required as per the situation demand.
   2. To ensure that Breakdown is addressed in a systematic way through SAP & proper documentation is maintained.
   3. To Review the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA implementation, spares Management to reduce equipment down time.
   4. Responsible for execution of all ongoing & proposed in-house projects, modifications & Up-gradation.
   5. To implement new Automation technologies for equipment performance improvement and to reduce equipment down time.
   6. Experience in Nasal Manufacturing equipments will be as an added advantage.
   7. Experience of OE , TPM & QMS will be preferable .

Mandatory Skills

Having hands on experience of Electrical & instrumentation in formulation unit, L2 systesm, computerised sysems, core electrical, utility etc.
