Job Purpose:  Plan, develop, execute and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotional activities in line
with the marketing strategy and organizational objectives helping achieve the branch sales
targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and to optimize sales(Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
• Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary leadgeneration
• Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existingand new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes.
• Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations – in-house as well as outsourced.
• Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies
• Manage the marketing department budget for the branch
• Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed
• Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch
