Job description

Job Objective - To support the Process Manager / Site Admin Lead/ In-Charge in managing administrative services and provide direction to service delivery team within the specific service area viz. Hard Services, Soft Services, and General Admin. To support and coordinate with service partners & allied agencies to drive implementation of administrative SOPs and process improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities - ► Responsible Data Management and Guesthouse Inventory Management ► Responsible of Admin Helpdesk and Guesthouse Front office operation Management ► Responsibility of Invoice reviewer, and processing monitoring. ► Reservation Control Management along with SOP and policy adherence ► Budget control and management. ► Finical related activities. Cash flow Management. ► Performing Guest house – Long Stay Charges activity ► Service tracker reviewer ► Responsible All Operational MIS Review presentation and reports formation.

Educational Qualification: ► Bachelor’s in any discipline is mandatory. A specialization in Hospitality would be preferred.

Experiences : ► Minimum 03 years of experience in administration and related services ► Exposure to SOPs across different industries ► Exposure of managing property’s facilities ► Experience with process simulations.
