Experience - 4 to 10 Yrs
Location - Chennai
Key Skills - Hypermesh / ANSA /Abaqus /Nastran / Ncode
Qualification- B.E/ MTech– Mechanical/Automotive
Domain knowledge:
Good knowledge in Automotives: Passenger cars and Pickup trucks BIW/Trim Body, Chassis, Sub Frames, PickUpBox.. etc
Very good at Engineering fundamentals and result interpretation
Expertise in any one of the following subsytems : Body / Closures / Chassis
Job Description
Modelling Skills: Modeling of Sheet metal parts, Spot -Seam weld modeling, 1D connections, BIP/Trim Body knowledge.
Analysis Skills: Full Body Fatigue analysis for sheet metal , spot and Seam welds
JOB Description :
1. FE model integration, analysis setup and preprocessing checks, analysis results verifications skills
2. Perform the durability analysis for fatigue life prediction using different fatigue software & Debug convergence issues for implicit and explicit problems
3. Good communication skills for customer & team interactions
4. Good knowledge on Strength of materials / Fatigue calculations
5. Exposure to OEM product development process
6. Showcase high level of confidence in simulation results by adopting best practices. Also, suggest recommendations to solve issues
